Under 34 inches. The width of the wheelchair ramp is 34 inches wide, so we can only take wheelchairs that are narrower than that. The total width of the chair from wheel to wheel cannot be more than 33 inches.

We primarily area of service is the Windward Side and we also serve Downtown Honolulu, Moanalua and Aiea when time allows.

We do not pick up from the airport. We can drop off at ther airport when time allows.

We are available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., but we will transport at any time with advanced reservations.

There is a surcharge for Sunday service and for transports after or before our regular service hours.

We can provide a wheelchair for transport from your point of origin to your destination. You will be allowed to use the wheelchair during your doctor's appointment. Please request a wheelchair when making your reservation.

It can only be done with an assistant provided by our company. There is a surcharge and the total cost will depend on the number of steps.

Because of safety concerns for the customer and ourselves, we are not able to move gurney patients up or down stairs.

Not at all. Some of our customers are not in wheelchairs and are able to walk on their own.

Sometimes a customer may need assistance while walking and we are happy to help.

Yes we do, but we will charge a little extra to cover credit card processing fees. Please notify us that you will be paying by credit card when you make your reservation.
